Controlled Research Support Program
Building the enterprise infrastructure, compliance framework, and operational team UT Austin needs to support federally funded research involving Controlled Unclassified Information — protecting and accelerating UT's $800M+ annual research enterprise.
What makes something an initiative?
ET initiatives are major, multi-year programs that go beyond routine service delivery. They involve institutional partners, formal governance, dedicated teams, and significant capital or operational investment. They're the things UT Austin is betting on to keep pace with the demands of a top-tier research university.
Each initiative has an executive sponsor, a defined scope, and a public-facing page where the campus community can track progress.
